Therapist/Trainer

This is me, welcome!

My name is Claudia Milz, PhD, LMT, IMAP-CPT, RM, MBA.

Prior to opening this business I had already spent decades developing materials, products, managing people, technologies and businesses as a trained PhD engineer and exectutive MBA. I still consult with technology businesses, in particular, technology startups.

After a health scare that needed attention, I put health and family first, and soflty landed in the realm of bodywork and exercise. I quickly fell in love with kinesiology, understanding movements and why people are in pain or cannot seem to exercise and perform the way they want, and discovered that indeed I can help my clients make headway, most of the time.

Explaining what I do, in comparison to the large variety of peers, is not an easy feat. One of my clients says that I am 'in a league of [my] own'. I will likely never shed my own striving for results, so what most clients come to me for is to help with often chronic pain, work related and postural issues, athletic performance short and medium term goals, and rehabilitation.
